Hmmm...Didn't it say "Welcome to Canal City"? Its better to be welcome than thrown out right?...but maybe locked up? spose if I was a kid again...soap balloons? How bout one of those air guns or set up a fan? They might provide a user keyboard for that..could be fun to walk up and draw or type stuff.

I've often listened to road hums as you drive over some concrete sections that have been ribbed for drainage.
If they set the spacing just right, it could play a tune as you travel over it. Unless you were accelerating or decelerating, it would always be in tune. Then create base & stereo with counter melodies if you split the song down the middle between right and left tires.

A police chase would sound interesting. Then the rumble strips on the shoulders could be programmed to sound out "wake yer ass up!!" or "where the hell ya goin??"
